Position: Owner/Consultant
Brie established Title Consulting Services to provide business consulting for title companies. Many companies need operations support but cannot afford full-time help. Brie is here to help fill that need. Over her career, she has worked on all software platforms, including Softpro, ResWare, and Qualia. She can help your team increasing efficiency by offering her unique perspective as a manager, user, and admin. During her time as full-time employee, she handled everything from day to day operations to curative matters to underwriting. She has her BA in Management and Masters in Accountancy. She feels strongly that her unique accounting background, along with year of title experience, can help facilitate efficiency and compliance.
Jessica Black
Years of Experience: 10
Position: Consultant
Jessica has worked in all aspects of the title industry as well. In her past jobs she has done everything from searching to disbursing. Her ability to handle all aspects of a transactions gives her a unique perspective when reviewing your workflow. She has her BA in General Studies with a minor in Business Administration. She has strong software skills in ResWare and Ramquest.
